The UBDRA is a non-profit organization that holds the following credentials:

• Certificate of Incorporation for the State of Missouri Non-Profit Corporation

• 501(c) 3 Tax Exempt Status with the Internal Revenue Service of the Federal Government

• Exempt status State Tax ID Number

The majority of our proceeds goes back into the St. Louis community and surrounding areas. Each individual in the organization is a volunteer. No one is paid for any of the events that we host!
